Surviving the Commonwealth: Not Every Kill Deserves a Bullet - Fallout 4 Machinima

To celebrate 3,000 subscribers, I wanted to try something a little different. I had this idea for a character build but I wanted to present it in a different way, other than the "Hey guys, its your boy Hookswords back with another build..." format that we've grown accustomed to (not that there's anything wrong with that, I love you guys I'm just not that kind of presenter, I guess). Truth is it really doesnt matter your build, per say, for the concept to work. Obviously a character geared towards sniper is suggested to maximize the benefits, but it's still more of a concept than a by numbers build. I hope you enjoy!
