Countries issuing EU Blue Card: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

List of benefits of Blue card over TRC :-

Access to Labour market for Spouse
Validity of 3 Years depending on the Job Contract
In case of unemployment grace period of 3 months while in TRC , its 30 days
Chances of PR are higher in Blue card over TRC
In some cases, it can also be transferred to another EU country

Income TAX :- 12% on income between 30,000 to 120000 PLN/Annum and 32% on income above 120000 PLN

Documents needed for Blue Card:-

1. Application Form - 2 Copies and one copy in case of child below 6 years of age
2. Original Work permit with one copy
3. PESEL and local registration certificate with Polish version of Rental Agreement original
4. Experience Letter Translated in Polish by Sworn Translator
5. Birth Certificate apostiled copy attached and translated in Polish by Sworn Translator
6. Marriage Certificate Translated in Polish by Sworn Translator
7. if Experience is below 5 Years, Then Education Document Apostiled with marksheet translated in Polish by Sworn Translator
8. Photo Graph with 80% Face visible (4 Copies)
9. Attachment no 1 ( To be filled by Employer, signed and Stamped by Authorized signatory)
10. Attachment no 2 (To be Filled and signed by Self)
11. Fees to be Paid in Bank Account of Department of Foreigners' Affairs, contact for Details
Fees for Primary Applicant :- 440 PLN
For Dependent :- 340 PLN
Please do not forget to take print of the Fees Paid while on appointment

This entire process is very simple and user friendly and Polish Officials are very nice and helpful to make this simple. So, you do not need any 3rd party Agencies to be hired for this process if your all documents are genuine.

Email for Appointment to be sent to rezerwacja.opt@malopolska.uw.gov.pl with all details of passport for all the applicants
No need to panic as if you miss any document, then you will be given 10 days of Time to submit the pending documents
