#wisecraftstitchalong Coaster #4/Kaki-no-hana (Persimmon Blossom)

Learn to stitch in the style of Japanese Sashiko! This fourth/last pattern is called Kaki-no-hana or Persimmon Blossom. In all, I will demo four different classic sashiko patterns, that can be used to make a set of four hand stitched coasters.

This project was inspired by the "Boro" quilt project from my newest book, Wise Craft Quilts: A Guide to Turning Beloved Fabrics into Meaningful Patchwork, available here http://amzn.to/2zROyjt
