Hey everyone! I decided to get the cool sculpting, which is a procedure over always wanted. This procedure freezes my fat cells and permanently destroys them. In this video I did not get to mention how sore I've been after this procedure. I've talked to the doctor and she's informed me this is completely normal and apart of the process!
