How should a wellness competitor show up? Meet Ashton Penney.

Ashton built her physique from track running several hurdle events including the 400m which needless to say was ultra tough. Having years of track training and competitions is what created Ashton's muscular and athletic physique which according to the NPC guidelines was a bit too muscular and round for bikini.
Ashton jumped into the wellness category at the NPC Branch Warren and really showed out with an overall win.

Look for Ashton to do big things very fast in the NPC and IFBB.
