Obviously the you here is the stock market and we know the truth that the market has recovered from every single recession but when you’re down 10 percent or 20 or 30percent, that edge looks dangerous.

So here is what's up, don’t worry everyone is down right now, well most of us are, but in this video I’m going to tell you what to invest into and why the stock market is on fire.

1. Here something I want to explain

We we’re in a what you may call an artificial bull market

The fed injected a bunch of printed money into the economy to prevent something worst from happening

The stock market boomed, I mean I made over 40% on etfs in less 24 months that’s not normal

So to put this into a very simple way:

Imagine a stock is Worth $50 per share and because everyone has money to buy it goes up to $100 per share but nothing really changed with the underlying investment

So its still worth $50 its just people are willing to pay $100, and no, what people are willing to pay doesn’t give it some new value

So if the stock market naturally overtime has to adjust and come back down to reality

Joke:

Its like guy that feels like a model after seeing his grandma

But once his back in the streets the girls not seeing what grandma is seeing



But seriously this is very important:

Because the only way to know if you should buy the dip is to know the underlying value of the investment you are buying

Because $100 minus 25% drop leaves you with $75 but the stock is still to expensive

So if your picking stocks you have to do your home work

2. What's causing all the fuss

Market Nervous about Bigger Fed Rate Hikes

This means if the fed raises rates, it becomes more expensive for people to borrow money

Those banks lend less money

Those a trickles down in less money being spent and the economy slowing down

But it does help slow inflation

Tech Stocks are Down

According to ford they are the biggest losers in the past 4 months

And something can be down for 1 week but 4 months people start to assume it'll continue for another 50 years

Sell off
Commonsense says buy stocks when cheap and sell when high

But people are happy when stocks are up and nervous when stocks are down

So much people buy when high and sell when low

SO if the stock market is low right now, people naturally will sell and more will sell and its twisted awful pattern of destruction ( temporarily of course)

3. How much Should you invest right now

Right now I’m itching to sell my wife, kids, dog

Before I even have any of them, lol do people give loans for things you don’t yet have

But serious its very rare to see this many drops in less than 5 years

Think about it:
2020 we had massive drop
2021 market recovered plus more
2022 correction time plus worst potentially

So I’m only investing 20% of my income Currently

But if you have everything taking care of, NO Debt, Emergency funded, Home paid off and no Current Big expenses

It’s the perfect time to dive deep into the whole and take advantage

Warning:
Buying the dip on individual companies is not recommended unless you understand the value
But buying the dip ( with extra cash) and continue to invest average over the long term in ETFS, index funds and mutual funds, will equal a hire return
