How to Overcome Inferiority Complex

An inferiority complex is a general feeling of not being 'up to the mark', and there are a number of individual factors that can cause this. I'm going to talk about the anatomy of the inferiority complex, and make the distinction between knowing and feeling inferiority to someone.

Most of us compare ourselves to others, and in this video I'll share some tips on how to spot and overcome an inferiority complex.
