Jayda is a sweetheart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. This calm and cuddly girl is the perfect mix of gentle spirit and affectionate companion-and she’s more than ready to find her forever family.

Jayda recently enjoyed a Dog Day Out, and her volunteer friend couldn’t say enough about what a dream she was. They described her as “the sweetest cuddlebug you’ll ever meet” and shared how Jayda strolled through the park like a polite little princess-no pulling, just soft steps and happy tail wags for every human and pup who passed by. She was perfectly content lounging in the shade, taking in the world, and most of all, being close to her person.

Jayda absolutely lives for belly rubs and cuddles, and when she’s not flopped over asking for affection, she’s showing off her tricks like “sit” and “shake” (especially if treats are involved). Jayda rides well in the car, enjoys peaceful walks, and loves curling up on the couch for a cozy nap-preferably with you by her side.

Like all of our dogs, Jayda would like to meet any potential canine sibling before heading home to make sure that it’s a good fit.
