The word French fries immediately would make anyone think that French fries are French however that is not the case. The truth is that the people of Belgium were the first to invent them and take great pride in making fries. Now lets be honest almost every country has potatoes or imports them and can make French fries however the people of Belgium take great pride in doing this to perfection.

It all starts with breeding the best potatoes and have them fresh cut every morning to make the perfect fries.
