You can’t

-How do you get so many layers on Procreate?
Create a new canvas when you run out of layers

-How to animate using Flipaclip and Procreate?
Sketch in FC, export the frames as png seq, unzip and save to gallery, import into Procreate. Line and colour, export frames back to FC or Into your video Editing Software to add music. Export.

-Can I reference your artstyle/AMVs?
If my video is labeled as a meme that means you can reference them, if they do not have meme in the title I’d prefer that you don’t ^^
