This list is my personal preference of the world's best skylines. Because of both big differences between cities and an absence of general requirements that a 'good' skyline has to meet, the determination whether a skyline belongs to the best 15 in the world or not, differs from person to person and is therefore subjective.

Although the movie states that HK belongs to China, HK is in fact a special administrative region (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China).
