Try not to use your regular pots to boil milk. It's hard to get a standard cooking pot perfectly clean and you might taste garlic or other cooking flavors.
How many people are feeling challenged to keep a constant flow of fresh milk in the fridge during COVID? Did you know that you can use non refrigerated, long shelf life UHT MILK to make:
✅YOGHURT
✅CREAM CHEESE
✅SOFT CHEESE SPREAD
✅VEGGIE & CHIP DIP
You need 2 ingredients:
Ingredient #1
Use a carton of non-refrigerated shelf milk. I prefer whole milk BUT I have tried skim, partly skim, low fat and semi skim milk and it works! I will post a video on this later.
Ingredient #2
Use a yoghurt starter. Use any plain yoghurt. Greek, regular, low-fat. Just use whatever plain you have on hand. I do prefer Greek but in this video, I use LOW FAT to prove that you don't have to worry about what type of yoghurt to use.

Yoghurt Jars for ANY method you choose to make yoghurt. I love these jars because you can set the date on the lid.

Instructions
1. heat the milk up to a steam
2. let it cool to lukewarm
3. use yoghurt to cover the bottom of your yoghurt container (see video)
4. pour milk into the yoghurt pots or container
5. cover with a lid
6. warm for 9 hours
You can use a yoghurt maker or place the yoghurt in your oven (off) or steamer (off) with a tray of boiling water. Leave it to warm for 9 hours.
Done.
