Hey guys, Paul from Ultimate Fat Burner.com here and today I'm going to talk about creatine dangers. Creatine on the whole is an incredibly safe supplement, but there is one very real danger you need to know about. I'll have the details in just a few seconds.

So if you've watched my videos on creatine monohydrate - and I do have quite a few them - you'll know that I'm both a big fan of the supplement, and that I believe it's one of the safest and most thoroughly studied sports supplements on the market today.

So what's the creatine danger I'm talking about then, and if there is a real danger, how can it possibly be considered a safe supplement?

Well, those are really good questions.

What makes creatine safe or not is the way it is manufactured, and the care with which it is manufactured.

Inferior manufacturing process may lead to elevated levels of a number of chemicals which may be harmful if present in a high enough dose.

I'm going to post the names of these chemicals here on the screen here - I'm not going to read them - I tried to a few times, but I butchered them so badly I figured, you know what? The hell with it.

So here they are...

methanethiol
thiourea
Dimethyl sulfate dicyandiamide (DCD)
Dihydrotriazine (DHT)

The questions I'm sure you have after hearing this information is...

What can I do to minimize my exposure to these chemicals?

And what type of creatine should I buy?

Well, you minimize your exposure to them by only buying creatine products that contain high-quality German sourced creatine monohydrate. Look for the Creapure brand creatine from Alzchem - a high quality German creatine that is independently tested on a regular basis for contaminants.

How will you know if a product contains the Creapure brand?

Well Creapure is a branded supplement protected by a registered trademark, so if a supplement contains it, it will be present on the label.

If you don't see Creapure on the label and the retailer doesn't identify the source of the creatine, then that creatine could be sourced from pretty much come from anywhere.

Bottom line?
