PLS NOTE: I believe with most luxury stores you DO need to make a purchase or at least be an existing customer of the brand in order to receive the Chinese New Year Red Packets. In some cases they may only be offered to their VIP clients as well. From my understanding these red packets are pretty limited, however this may vary from country to country.
