Study Interval Music 25min 5min Pomodoro Chill Lofi Hiphop Coding Concentration
Helpful for those with ADHD and trouble focusing
Enjoy 4 rounds of productivity with 25 minutes dedicated to having focus followed by a 5 minute break (pomodoro technique). If you complete the entire video then you will have done 100 minutes worth of productivity. While listening to the white noise during the 25 minutes put away your phone, toys, and any other distractions. Really try to focus in during that time. When the timer is done spend the next 5 minutes doing whatever you want. Whether that is a bathroom break, checking your phone, etc. go enjoy it and do not do any extra work. By completing this entire video you will see how much better you are able to be productive with you time by incorporating smaller breaks during larger chunks for productivity. I hope this helps!
