A Taste of the Wild 🌿 Wild Garlic & Creamy Vegan Beans on Toast

Back in the narrowboat kitchen for another slow-living, plant-powered moment — today we’re making Vegan Creamy Beans & Wild Garlic on Toast. Simple, comforting, and packed with flavour, it’s the kind of meal that tastes like spring on a plate.

We foraged the wild garlic in the last episode (go check that out if you missed the adventure 🌿), and now it’s time to let it shine. I’ll show you how to whip up this creamy, garlicky goodness using just a handful of ingredients — all vegan, all humble, and cheap!

if you dont have wild garlic, use nettles, or spinach or Cavolo Nero with a couple of cloves of grated garlic.

So grab a cuppa, hop aboard, and let’s get cooking 🚤✨
