2005 Honda Pilot Spark Plug Change

Its been about 10 k miles since I did the valve job on my Honda Pilot. As such I have decided to pull the plugs and see what condition they are in.
I have been using Platinum spark plugs although the Honda recommended plugs are Iridium.
