Pentagon: U.S. To Delay Planned Ballistic Missile Test

Pentagon press secretary John Kirby announced that the U.S. military is postponing a planned launch of Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile. Kirby said the move is in an effort to demonstrate that the U.S. has “no intentions of engaging in any actions that could be misunderstood” by Russia.
