#11 DIY Macerator

We wanted to save money by building our own macerator. It was much easier than we thought.

Here are the parts to make the macerator:
Moen 1/2 HP Garbage Disposal
3x3 plastic to plastic hose w/clamps, swivel RV clear fitting attachment for dump drain, 1 1/2" straight drain pipe cut to 2" in length, 1 1/2QL,PL, or ST to 1 1/2 tubular connector w/metal clamp, 1 1/2 black pipe cut to 3" in length, 1 1/2"coupling, 1 1/2" to 3/4" adapter, 3/4"male adapter, 3/4" hose to attach and run down dump station. Going from 1 1/2 garbage disposal out to 3/4" hose. We fitted all the pieces at the Home Depot.
