HOW I HEALED JUMPER'S KNEE (Patellar Tendinitis) or Runner's Knee

✦ READ THIS! Because so many people asked me - what else they can do to make their recovery go faster and how long will it take - I written this addition:

" We all recover at different pace and the extent of the injury differs from each person. All I can tell you is how to speedup regeneration. Regularly: 1) do the exercises I showed in the video; 2) eat healthy and take good quality vitamins [Vitamin C is essential], minerals and supplements 3) drink good amount of clean water; 4) get quality sleep and stabilize your sleeping patterns; 5) Do your training at least 4 hours after you woke up or later, as that's when your blood circulation optimizes, all tissues and muscles warm up and the damage from intense physical activity is reduced [this means you might have to get up earlier than usual]; 6) apply a Heat Pack [sock with rice heated in microwave works well] to the injured area as that increases blood circulation; 7) focus on complete recovery - the mind has a unique way of finding the right solution to a problem that bothers you consistently. PLEASE NOTE: Whenever I say "Sit-Ups" I actually mean "Squats". Got them a little mixed up, but don't worry I will show you all the exercises in the video. Thank you for understanding. I need to brush up on my sports terminology ;)
