To Everyone Who was Rejected from College This Year
Covid affected college admissions in so many ways, and I believe this has a lot to do with the uptick of applicants and the results of applications this year. If you were rejected this year, this video is for you. I truly hope that what I speak about brings you some consolation and quells your disappointment. I know what it's like because I have been there before. I faced rejection from every single college I applied to when I was in high school. 3 years later, I managed to get accepted at every college I applied to as a transfer student (UCLA, UC Berkeley, UCSD, UC Davis, UCSB). Redemption!
On a more positive note, being rejected now does not mean that your chances of going to college are ruined forever. There are many pathways to higher education.
If you're in high school, I would highly recommend looking into community college. This is an especially great option for students in California, because the California Community College system is one of the best out there. There are literal transfer admission guarantees that you could take advantage of as a CC transfer. I have countless videos on my channel about how to transfer. Please check them out.
I hope this video is helpful for you! Don't give up on your education!
