Hopefully you enjoyed this video of my install of MCA Red Series Coilovers and all the supporting parts from Whiteline, this was a big decision that took a lot of research to choose the parts. While all the Whiteline parts are optional to install I thought these parts made sense in a do-it-once-do-it-right kind of way (with plenty of scope left to go further). Installing this pushed the boundaries of what I would do in my garage at home and while not everything went to plan on the first attempt I had no major blockers and what I gained was a significant amount of learning and experience - I now feel more confident and connected to the car! I want to thank all the other Youtubers, and forum posters who's guides helped my install! I completed my install over a few days but now that I've been through it I'm confident I could more than halve the install time again! If you're nervously-confidently I recommend give it the install a go yourself!

-MCA Red Setup - MCA supplied me with 10kg front and rear springs, and are currently being run at dampening setting 10 for daily uses (12 is softest setting).
-Adjustable sway bar is currently set to Medium setting.
-Lower control Arm Adjusted through wheel alignment.

P.S - In before Bricks comments - The bricks were simply a (yes-dodgy) backup-to-the-backup during the install in the event that jack stands and jacks failed, they only ever touched air. They were moved to suitable places when leaving car on stands overnight.
