60 MINUTE BRUTAL CARDIO HIIT - This is one long, hard cardio workout! I actually really like this format, where I take one exercise, repeat is 3x and then move onto the next one. It almost feels like a no repeat workout! But, only 10 seconds to transition, means it's really fast! No equipment required, so let's get started and move daily!
