737 OEM MCP (Mode Control Panel) Quick Test - Arinc429 goodness

Powering up an OEM 737 MCP panel. This was a very quick interfacing process just to check that the unit is working, that is why I tested for now with PSX.
I will do a more complete interfacing using an actual 73 sim (Eather by X-Plane of FSUIPC or others).

Some values are a bit tricky to get, so there is a need of some post-processing of the arinc values. Not an issue for me latest software since it is extremely flexible to handle any values :)
