Machu Picchu for Kids (Q&A with Expert Guide Fabricio)

Our Machu Picchu for kids Q&A is our response to the Covid-19 quarantine, which has forced school children all over the world to learn from home. Considering we are mainly limited to virtual experiences, we had school kids in Rome, Italy ask our #1 Cusco-based tour guide, Fabricio, questions on one of the ancient wonders of the world, Machu Picchu.

An expert on the history of the Incas, Fabricio was a professional tour guide in Machu Picchu for over 14 years. There is little he doesn't know when it comes to Inca and Peruvian history. Since schools are hosting virtual classrooms worldwide, we took this opportunity to share some of his knowledge with kids around the world.

Although you may not be able to travel to Machu Picchu this year, we hope this Q&A, paired with some beautiful footage of the famous citadel, will satisfy some of your travel needs. Take comfort in knowing that when this is all over, Fabricio and our other professional guides will be waiting to show you Machu Picchu and much more in person.
