NOVELTY Whiting Fishing! Land Based Surf/Beach Fishing Sunshine Coast

Hey everyone! So, in this video...

We still couldn't manage to get a break in the weather to get out in the boat, so we had to entertain ourselves land based as much as possible.

BIIIIGGGG Northerly winds were hitting but we decided to go for an afternoon walk and flick some soft plastics to try and pin a Flathead or something around the mouth of the Maroochy River.
On our way home, we walked out on these sandbag breakwall things, that point straight out into the surf. Dad's eagle eye spotted some WHITING right up in the shallows... ON A SURF BEACH... so we decided to come back the next day, properly equipped, to see if we could outsmart a few.
