HOW TO MAKE AKARA/KOSAI. EASY AKARA RECIPE. CRUNCHY AKARA

Hello fam. Today I'll be showing you how to make Akara, also known as Kosai. It is a Nigerian type of fritter. This Akara recipe gives you a light, fluffy and crunchy Akara. The Akara or Koose is crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.

4 cups Beans
2 Red bell peppers
5 Red chili peppers
1 Spring onion
1 Onion
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

It is important to beat the Akara mix well so you can get a light, fluffy and crunchy Akara/Kosai

Palm oil can also be used for frying Akara.

Akara/Kosai can be taken with Pap, Oats, Custard etc.
