Colleena Shakti ~ Rajasthani Dance 2013

Colleena Shakti has been working closely with a Kalbelia tribe in Rajasthan since 2001, documenting, developing and promoting their dance traditions. Over the decades she has seen the younger generations come up as promising young artists and witnessed a creative tradition continue to evolve. This film is a glimpse into the timeless beauty of Kalbeliya culture, and what the future generations have to offer us if we continue to support Rajasthan's incredible cultural heritage.
