How To Build a 4x4 Post or Column that Won't Warp or Bend with Treated Wood

I have 4 main posts outside of my house that hold up an overhang that will be over my deck. 4x4's we're originally used but were horribly warped and twisted. Here I show how to make a 4x4 that won't warp or become as crooked over time by using 2x4's and 1/2" plywood. Of course they may still have some chance of bending slightly but the chance is significantly reduced by using this method.
