Impressive Nikon D500 combined with a Nikon 600mm f/4

A Nikon D500 combined with a Nikon 600mm F/4 AFS II and a 1.4x Nikon TC giving an effective total reach of 1275mm.
All video shot in 4k and downsized to 1080P for youtube.
This exercise confirms that you DO NOT need a VR lens when using a 600mm f/4 & they are simply too heavy to handhold anyway.
All these images wer shot using using a Benro tripod and Benro gimbal head.
When you consider how far away these birds were ( just visible with the naked eye) I think that the end results in stills and video show just how superb this lens and camera combination are together.
As well as some technical knowledge of course :-)
