Ironman Challenge in Heroes of Might and Magic: A Strategic Quest, Barbarian Campaign, Map 7-3

I finally got my main hero to the other side of maze and started battling it out with the Warlock faction.

This is Heroes of Might and Magic: A Strategic Quest, released in 1995 for DOS. I am playing the Barbarian campaign with self-imposed Ironman rules. This means I cannot save-scum. I can't load a save that is old in the game's timeline. I can't load a save to redo battles, looking for a better outcome. All mistakes and bad outcomes must be accepted.
