'Violation of due process': Lawyer of gay makeup artist deported speaks out

A judge dismissed the asylum case of Andry Hernandez Romero, a gay makeup artist deported to a notorious prison in El Salvador. Lawyers say he faced "constant discrimination" because of his sexual orientation. NBC News' David Noriega reports more on the case.
