WATCH: Brett Kavanaugh says he doesn't know what role Federalist Society played in nomination

When asked by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., about the role of the Federalist Society in his Supreme Court nomination, Brett Kavanaugh said, that to his knowledge, "President Trump made the decision," with input from White House counsel Don McGahn and Vice President Mike Pence.
