Spot-bellied eagle owl, also known as Devils bird
The spot-bellied eagle-owl (Bubo nipalensis) is a large bird of prey found in the forests of India and parts of Southeast Asia. This owl is noted for its strange, human-sounding call, and it has been suggested that it is the same as the cryptid known as ulama or "Devil Bird" in Sri Lanka .This video is filmed from the riparian forests of Chinnar wildlife sanctuary in Kerala, India.
