Super VS Leang in 13 minutes! (Hard)

One of my viewers informed me that Leang's command centers only took 3 bombers to kill. I normally use 4, which means I could effectively save $6000. With that knowledge alone, I was able to save roughly one minute of time from my run. Thanks, @chinanukedf41!

I suspect, however, that I should be able to do this even cleaner, as there is plenty left to be desired. Comanches are really expensive, for starters. I'm also having trouble getting my pesky dozers into place to get all those airfields together. I do have that spare chinook after dropping the men off, though, so I might use that to help me move stuff around. An EMP would also deal with the sneak attack without having to make extra comanches. I'm also a fan of using the A10 there too :)
