Iyad Youghar is a Circassian American activist in advocating Circassian and North Caucasus Nations human rights internationally. His activism focuses on raising the civilized world awareness and recognition of Circassia and other North Caucasus nations tragedies committed by Russia as crimes of Genocide,forced deportation and ethnic cleansing which continue till today.He chairs The North Caucasus Committee(NCC) a newly founded organization in Brussels aimed to unify nations of the North Caucasus in confronting the Russian Federation’s policies of occupation,aggression and human rights violation .He also chairs the International Circassian Council (ICC) which has supported #ukraine since 2014 against #Russia’s war in Ukraine and the occupation of Ukrainian territories.
