Manila Mayor Isko Moreno defends the Environment Department's white sand project in Manila Bay. Moreno reminds critics that the initiative is part of a larger effort to rehabilitate Manila Bay, which he says will do the city good. The mayor also says he doesn't see any reason to put a stop to the project which has raised health and environmental concerns.
