Park MGM is one of the newest remodels on the Las Vegas Strip, a garden-fresh renovation of the old Monte Carlo, and we are loving that green garden vibe. Monte Carlo was always our go-to resort for special occasions, and with one of those coming up soon, we were excited to check out the Park MGM - on the spur of the moment we booked ourselves an overnight stay, and invite you to come along! Join us as we do a little room tour, explore all the dining and entertainment options in and around Park MGM, take a cool break at the pool, and end the day with a view of the nighttime lights on the Strip. You won't want to miss the Haus of Gaga segment, new restaurant openings featuring margarita carts and big scale chickens on the Strip, and...fried pickles!
