Tuvalu: Sea Level Rise in the Pacific, Loss of Land and Culture
United Nations, New York, March 2012 - Halfway between Hawaii and New Zealand are two of the smallest countries in the world: Tuvalu and Kiribati. These two low-lying nations may become the first victims of global warming.
