This is the theme from the Russian TV mini-series based on the novel by Mikhail Bulgakov (Михаил Булгаков) The Master and Margarita.
The soundtrack was composed by Igor Kornelyuk (Игорь Корнелюк).
Released in 2005 the film adaptation was a success largely due to its music.
I was a 14 years old child who was thrilled while listening to these magic, mysterious and even sinister sounds. At that time I dreamed of rearranging this masterpeace. And here we are. „At the sunset hour of one warm spring day two men were to be seen at Patriarch's Ponds...“
