Dominican Republic to build wall in bid to keep out Haitians

Relations between Haiti and its wealthier neighbour, the Dominican Republic, have been historically difficult on the Caribbean island of Hispaniola.
Now the Dominican government has announced plans to build a wall between the two to end illegal migration.
