The pineal gland is also known as "the third eye" is the portal into higher spiritual knowledge and sight. The shape of the gland is similiar to a pine cone, from which it drove its name.

The pineal gland produces and regulates some hormones, including melatonin. Melatonin helps regulate sleep patterns or carcadian rythms. It is about the size of a pea and is located in the middle of the brain. It has often been referred to as; "The principal seat of the soul".

The background music is tuned to 963Hz and embedded with 10Hz Alpha brainwaves for maximum effect.
