Recipe Hungcurd Sandwich (weightless dahi Sandwich) 👇
Ingredients
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Bell Peppers - 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped
Whole Wheat Bread - 4 Slices
Carrots, cucumber onion - 1/2 Cup
Black Pepper - 2 Pinch
Dried herbs/Oregano - 2 Pinch
Green Chilli - 2 Finely Chopped
Salt - As per taste
Making Process👇
👉🏻Firstly, to prepare hung curd, in a muslin cloth place 2 cups of curd and tie it tightly.
👉🏻Keep it overnight or refrigerate it for 2 hours or till the curd drops off all water and turns thick and creamy.
👉🏻Then, cut the red, yellow, and green bell peppers finely with carrots, cucumber, 🧅🥒
👉🏻Shift hung curd in a bowl and add all the veggies to it. Mix well.
👉🏻Now, add black pepper, and oregano or dried herbs of your choice.
👉🏻Add finely chopped green chili and then, add salt according to taste.
Spread the prepared stuffing on both sides of the whole wheat bread. Then cover with another slice and press gently.
👉🏻Grill or heat the curd sandwich on a pan till crisp and golden.
👉🏻Finally, cut half and enjoy this guilt-free sandwich
