Thomson Reuters to hire more employees this year as business ‘doing well’ | ANC

Market Edge: Multinational media conglomerate Thomson Reuters says observing a mental ‘day off’ every October 9th is just one of the ways it’s hoping to care for the mental well-being of its 26,000 strong global workforce amid the stress of the pandemic, and unrest in some territories it’s in. A personalized employee assistance program, and its own ‘Headspace’ app are other ways they reach out. Thomson Reuters PH has around 600 employees, and it’s adding another 10% this year - a sign that business is ‘doing well’.
