Ingredients:
2 plastic bags of cavolo nero leave.
Tempe 395gr
400ml coconut milk
200ml water
3 big Chillies
1 teaspoon of terasi/shrimp paste
2 cm turmeric
4 cloves garlic
3 big shallots
4 candlenuts
4 slices of galangal
4 tablespoons of oil
1 start anis
2 cloves (cengkeh)
1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon powder
1 teaspoon of curry powder (Kari Daging & Ayam)
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon fennel
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
