Wood-turning dead half rotten Dogwood

This Dogwood tree was given to me from my neighbor a few months back, i have had this tree in my thoughts every since, And I finally got the opportunity to cut it down and work some bowls out of it, this is my first time getting to turn dogwood, It had been dead for a long time it also had a small maple tree rooted in the decay in one piece I had cut off.
