Piano Concerto n°1 (Tchaikovsky) - Decostruttori Postmodernisti

If you write down some lines of music and you invite some friends to audition them, they might point out that your "concerto is worthless and unplayable; passages are so fragmented, so clumsy, so badly written that they are beyond rescue; the work itself is bad, vulgar; in places you had stolen from other composers; only two or three pages are worth preserving; the rest must be thrown away or completely rewritten." (Nikolay Grigoryevich on Tchaikovsky's first piano concerto)... Keep calm: you might have just written one of the best piano concertos in the history of music (well, at least until the Decostruttori put their hands on it!).

The bottom line is: trust yourself and teach your friends hypocracy.

Se ti trovi a scrivere qualche rigo di musica e inviti alcuni amici a sentirla, potrebbero dirti che il tuo "concerto è inutile ed insuonabile, alcuni passaggi sono così frammentati, così goffi, così mal scritti da essere insalvabili; il lavoro nel complesso è volgare, e in alcuni passaggi hai rubato da altri compositori; solo due o tre pagine sono da salvare, le altre devono essere buttate o completamente riscritte.." (Nikolay Grigoryevich a proposito del primo concerto per pianoforte di Tchaikovsky's)... Mantieni la calma: potresti aver scritto uno dei migliori concerti per pianoforte e orchestra della storia della musica (beh, almeno finché non finisce sotto le grinfie dei Decostruttori!).

La morale è: credi in te stesso e spiega ai tuoi amici cos'è l'ipocrisia.
