UK prime minister in Brussels for post-Brexit deal talks with EU chief

But tonight's dinner in Brussels with the prime minister and the European Commission president may well be the decider for whether the UK leaves the EU with or without a deal.

Boris Johnson and Ursula von der Leyen are meeting after negotiations reached an impasse.
