POCA & POCA premieres its Spring/Summer 2022 “A Whisper of Summer” Collection with a remarkable défilé at Arab Fashion Week!!!


Sitting upon a hill top, the POCA & POCA woman admires the beauty of the sun setting in the horizon of the everlasting flower field,
like liquid gold cascading on the colorful petals of pinks, oranges and blues. A breeze blows against her rosy cheeks, it feels familiar as if she’s been here before.
Just then she hears a whisper, a soft sound reminding her that there is beauty in the most wonderful and cherished moments around us.

Bold, charming, elegant - these are the attributes which set the tone for the new POCA & POCA Spring/Summer 2022 “A Whisper of Summer” Collection, which was premiered with a wonderful show at the Arab Fashion Week. Models, representing every facet of the POCA & POCA woman, strutted down a catwalk showcasing the fashion house’s remarkable looks, revealing a gorgeous display of the latest trends, possessed in each piece which has been handcrafted by master couturiers.

The new collection is characterized by delicately light and airy fabrics in fresh and audacious colours such as pink, peach, orange, lilac, violet, red and blue, making every woman long for a whimsical summer party by the sea.

Striking details, embroidery, pleats, feathery and shiny appliqués style the feminine silhouettes for that extra amazement factor in the collection.
Asymmetrical cuts take centre stage with blouses decorated with cascading long sleeves on one side and an off-the-shoulder aspect on the other.
Dresses as well as jumpsuits also acquire this style and are cut at the hem, revealing a short and long dramatic effect for the wearer.

In keeping with its sophisticated, yet playful nature, POCA & POCA extends the fabrics of the pieces and wraps them around the neck, the body, the arm or waist making it a key to this season’s styling of the collection.

Along with the collection, POCA & POCA created a special set of accessories such as sunglasses decorated with pearls, attached to pearl chords around the neck, as well as pearl bracelets and necklaces - a truly elegant creation inspired by the history of pearls of the Gulf, and very befitting for the location of the occasion.
