I've never been shy about opening up to you all, especially when it comes to women's health, but this video was extremely difficult to make. This year has not been easy. It has been a daily struggle to try and get myself together, to smile for videos, to even get out of bed some days. I know there's more to this story that I hope I can share one day soon.
